1. General
Terms and conditions of
Landhaus Wagner

hereinafter called hirer

2. The rental price includes

• Accommodation
• Bed linen
• Towels
• Electricity, heating and water costs
• Final cleaning
• Crockery / Cutlery
• Storage of skis / snowboards / bikes ect. (Without accountability)

3. Commitments of the hirer
The hirer is commited to provide the apartment to the renter during the booked period. Should not the provision of housing due to force majeure be possible, the landlord can not be held liable.

4. Cancellation Fees

If cannellation happens 2 weeks before arrival or less
40% of the total booking amount

5. Arrival / Departure
The apartments can be purchased on arrival from 15.00 clock and must be vacated at 11.30 clock.

6. Pets
Please check in advance with us, if you want to bring a pet.

7. Liability
For damage caused by the tenant, is it fully liable. With loss of the home key of the tenant liability of 100 € as a cylinder lock change is necessary.

8. Disclaimer
For personal injury and theft in the apartment, the landlord is not liable.

9. Privacy Policy
The reservation for the data will be kept confidential and not to third parties.

10. Jurisdiction
The jurisdiction is only the location of the apartment.
