The rental price includes<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Accommodation<\/li>\n<li>Bed linen<\/li>\n<li>Towels<\/li>\n<li>Electricity, heating and water costs<\/li>\n<li>Final cleaning<\/li>\n<li>Crockery \/ Cutlery<\/li>\n<li>Storage of skis \/ snowboards \/ bikes ect. (Without accountability)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>3. Commitments of the hirer<\/strong><br \/>\nThe hirer is commited to provide the apartment to the renter during the booked period. Should not the provision of housing due to force majeure be possible, the landlord can not be held liable.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4. Cancellation Fees <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If cannellation happens 2 weeks before arrival or less<br \/>\n40% of the total booking amount<\/p>\n<p><strong>5. Arrival \/ Departure <\/strong><br \/>\nThe apartments can be purchased on arrival from 15.00 clock and must be vacated at 11.30 clock.<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\n6.
